Healthy Lifestyle: 90 days Detox

Detox is a therapy for those who believe that our bodies get a lot of toxic substances either from the food that we eat or from the environment we live in.

We need to start by eliminating stress as much as possible. Do not attempt if you are under a lot of stress or you will potentially get into a stressful situation in the next 90 days.

You also have to have at least a full 8 hours of sleep every night and stay well hydrated during these 90 days. Minimum exercise at least 45 minutes walk a day.

I don’t assume any responsibility for the success of the proposed program or the influence it might have on your health.

Sugar Out

No food or drinks containing sugar for 90 days. The first 14 days completely without sugar. In the third week if it becomes too hard for you you might introduce one cheat day a week. Meaning that you can have one sweet during this day. No cheating is of course always better…

When you have your sugar under control it is time to introduce

Fasting

I propose you chose one full day without food a week. Full day meaning that if you chose Wednesday your last meal will be dinner on Tuesday and the next meal should be breakfast on Thursday.

If you can not go a full day without a portion of food — try one fruit meal during this day, to begin with.

No coffee or energy drinks.

The first day could be trying. But third or the fourth try you should be a pro.

When you have mastered fasting it is time to go to the next step

Liver cleanse

I propose you start after the day of fasting — however, you have to be free on this day and preferable the next as well.

You have to repeat the treatment at least twice in two weeks.

When you have clean your liver it is time for the next step

Intestine cleaning — parasite cleansing

Garlic

Eat a clove of garlic for every 20kg (44lbs) of your body mass every day. I propose you split it into 3 servings before the meal.
